Job summary

The Seattle Housing Authority is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to join our Continuous Improvement team as we launch the Dayforce HRIS project. You will plan, create, and deliver technical training to staff across the agency, collaborating with project teams, business owners, and SMEs to build confident system navigation and adoption.

The role supports end-user training, documentation, and evaluation of training effectiveness, with an anticipated end date of December 31, 2027 and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus experience in social/human services.
• Experience delivering training to diverse groups.
• Ability to document and update business processes from a training perspective.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document HRIS-related changes and training needs.
• Create, deliver, and evaluate training materials and sessions.
• Coordinate training logistics with project teams and SMEs.
• Support staff adoption and ongoing system use across SHA sites.
