Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Dayforce/HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize the organization's HRIS and payroll platform. The Dayforce/HRIS Analyst supports, maintains, and optimizes the Coalition’s Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll platform, Dayforce. This role serves as a technical partner for HR, Payroll, and cross-functional stakeholders by ensuring data integrity, system reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.
The Dayforce/HRIS Analyst contributes to system configuration, testing, reporting, upgrades, and security administration while supporting organizational initiatives, workforce analytics, and grant and compliance reporting needs.
