Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and inspire preschoolers, develop engaging lessons, and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families and enrolled children, promoting achievement and the center’s ongoing success. The role requires energy, dependability, and a passion for early childhood education.

• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $19.56-$20.32
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

• Monday through Friday work week.
