Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher at our Washington, Lacey child care center. You will foster growth and create engaging learning experiences for preschool children.

As a Lead Teacher you will lead classroom management, mentor staff, ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are met, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $19.82-$20.59
• Health insurance (medical, dental,vision,and FSA)provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
