Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare in Phoenix is hiring Lead Teacher to inspire preschoolers through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. You will mentor fellow Teachers and lead curriculum implementation.

This role requires classroom leadership, lesson planning, strong family communication, and adherence to licensing guidelines. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, bi-weekly and daily pay options, and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement and tuition support.

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $17.53-$18.21
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
