Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher in Surprise, AZ to inspire children daily and guide the classroom toward growth and discovery. You will mentor fellow teachers, develop engaging lessons, and ensure curriculum implementation adheres to licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support child achievement, and help create a positive, active learning environment on-site Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Lead Teacher- $17.01-$17.67
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

• Monday through Friday work week.
