Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire lifelong learners in a child care setting.

You will create engaging, hands-on learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers, guiding curriculum implementation while upholding licensing guidelines and company standards. You will lead classroom management, communicate with families, and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center standards.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.

• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $20.61-$21.41
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

• Monday through Friday work week.
