Job summary

WCI is seeking a Day Support Coordinator to lead and supervise staff providing community-based employment support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes quality coaching, ISP fidelity, and strong collaboration with partners and families.

The position demands hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain person-centered supports and a positive, safe environment for participants and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least two years of experience serving individuals with IDD or related disabilities.
• Experience supervising day support services is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff, including Employment/Habilitation Support Specialists, ensuring delivery of high-quality services.
• Develop and oversee ISP implementation tailored to each individual's needs.
• Manage daily site operations and ensure efficient delivery of activities.
