PLA Supply Chain Services is seeking a Team Leader for the Buckeye, AZ facility. You will guide a team to meet production and safety goals, work with site management, and drive continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred (not required).
• 6+ months of leadership or similar role experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, HR processes, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Train personnel to meet production and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure pallet quality per specifications.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Help team meet daily production goals and set priorities.
• Prepare reports, correct discrepancies, and manage inventory.
• Coordinate shift transitions and workplace setup.
• Collaborate with location management on operational needs and training.
