Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a Quality and Inventory Specialist for the Buckeye, AZ location. The second shift (1:00pm–9:30pm) will establish and publish weekly inventory counts, spot audits, and quality audit schedules, coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate necessary product, equipment, and personnel.

You will lead audit activities, generate written and electronic analyses in Excel, and collaborate with Supervisors to drive accuracy and continuous improvement in inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of industry related experience preferred.
• Strong audit skills and inventory knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs the work of personnel assigned to the quality audits and/or inventory counts; provides analysis and statistics.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; records results in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Interacts with supervisors and leads to identify trends requiring corrective action.
• Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion.
