Job summary

InProduction seeks a dependable Yard Lead in Buckeye, AZ to support daily yard operations and provide hands-on leadership to Yard Associates. You will ensure materials, equipment, tools, and staging assets are safely received, organized, and moved, helping keep inventory accurate and workflows efficient.

You will train and direct staff, supervise shipments, inspect machinery, and maintain records, with a focus on safety, productivity, and accountability in a fast-paced event production

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in delivery, warehousing, receiving, issuing, packing, shipping and/or storage of goods.
• Able to read and understand safety instructions.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements.
• Forklift training preferred.
• Must be willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Train and provide work direction to assigned personnel.
• Maximizes productivity of personnel by proper training and supervision.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically.
• Maintain a variety of records, files and reports.
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
• Oversee building/security access as needed.
