Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a Second Shift Warehouse Lead in Buckeye, AZ. You will lead a team in a busy ship center, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.

You will coach associates, resolve problems, and maintain safety standards while using RF devices and Manhattan WMS. The role starts on the second shift with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and direct associates.
• Basic problem-solving to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Ability to perform simple math and use RF devices.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and warehouse equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a designated group in the Ship Center and clearly communicate daily goals.
• Coach and guide team to maximize performance while ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Monitor operations, resolve issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and use RF devices and WMS to support workflows.
