Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Denver, CO is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of up to 20 employees and ensure inbound and outbound operations run smoothly. You will train staff, manage schedules, monitor performance, and coordinate with operations leadership to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Weekend overtime may be required to support a high-volume environment and ensure customer requirements are met across the facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage operational procedures including incoming/outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory maintenance.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
