Qualifications

• 5 years of previous supervisory experience or equivalent required.

• Proficient with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Manhattan Active preferred, SAP, and ADP.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, instructs, and monitors warehouse employees’ production efficiencies and error-free performance daily.
• Ensures safety and OSHA/compliance with NDCP safety practices.
• Provides supervision, coaching, and counseling to warehouse staff to meet standards.
• Maintains training and tools in each functional area to meet job requirements.
• Allocates daily workloads to meet route departure times and company targets.
• Maintains data accuracy, evolves reports, and creates new ones as needed.
• Supervises approximately 40 warehouse associates.
