Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care across assigned units. The RN will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and document clinical judgments in patient records.

They will educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and other staff, maintain safety and standards, and respond to emergencies as required. An inpatient setting background is preferred and TN RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• RN licensure to work in TN and BLS certification
• Experience in inpatient nursing settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to medical regimens and standards
• Perform assessments and plan care based on patient needs
• Document care and clinical judgments in patient records
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments
• Coordinate with physicians and hospital staff to ensure safe care
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/BLS as needed
