Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in the Trauma unit. The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement care, document findings and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, and participation in emergencies with CPR/BLS as required. Inpatient experience and TN licensure are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with TN or compact state required
• BCLS/CPR certification required on hire
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Inpatient nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care
• Document care and clinical judgments
• Provide patient education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with medical team and coordinate referrals
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist CPR/BLS as needed
• Obtain informed consent and ensure proper identification
