Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care in an inpatient setting. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments while coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in TN, BCLS certification, and completion of an approved nursing program; inpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• RN licensure in TN required; BCLS certification required.
• Experience in inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per medical regimen and standards.
• Perform assessments and develop plans based on patient needs.
• Collect information from patients, families, and records.
• Document care, diagnoses, and progress.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate discharge planning.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care.
