Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care within assigned areas, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with standards and procedures.

You will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, high-quality outcomes in an inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school/program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure in TN (or eligibility).
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care according to medical regimen and established standards.
• Initiates assessment based on presenting problems and physician diagnosis.
• Documents assessment, nursing diagnoses, and care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments; monitors patient responses.
• Educates patients and families; participates in discharge planning.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality care.
• Coordinates patient referrals and records in medical charts.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and adheres to policies.
