Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure in TN or compact state.
• BCLS certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per medical regimen and standards.
• Perform patient assessments and prioritize care.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses.
• Teach patients and families about conditions and care.
• Coordinate referrals and patient education.
• Support CPR/BLS as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and charting.
