Job summary

Workstream seeks a motivated Shift Leader in Nashville to oversee daily operations during designated shifts and supervise a retail team. You will create shift schedules, handle no-shows, delegate tasks, manage cash deposits, and report issues to management to ensure smooth workflows and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar retail role preferred.
