Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of care.

The role may include serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, while upholding professional standards and applicable state rules.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota (or multistate licensure if in an NLC state). Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff to ensure safe care.
