Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Brainerd is responsible for delivering individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team.

You will work a day shift (6:00am to 2:30pm), participate in rotating holidays, with a sign-on incentive for eligible candidates in a supportive Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN license in Minnesota required.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education, and supervise assignable personnel as needed.
