Job summary

Good Samaritan - Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a skilled long-term care setting.

The RN will coordinate resident care, complete assessments, and deliver education and interventions across all stages of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, and deliver education and interventions as needed.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to ensure safe care when applicable.
