Qualifications

• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure under an NLC state.
• Must obtain and maintain required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
