Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse in Brainerd, MN for a full-time day shift (6:00am–2:30pm) with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule. The role emphasizes applying the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate resident care and may include charge-nurse responsibilities.

The position requires MN RN licensure and a BSN is preferred; eligible for a strong benefits package including a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota and active licensure through state board.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate and evaluate resident care with interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
