Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate compassionate, resident-centered care in a not-for-profit, Christian environment. This full-time role offers 72 hours every two weeks with a day shift (6:00am–2:30pm), every other weekend and rotating holidays, plus shift incentives and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Licensed RNs with Minnesota licensure are required; benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k), work–life

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold a Minnesota RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate individualized nursing care for residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and ensure safe administration of care.
