Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Minnesota (or multistate licensure per NLC).
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team; educate and support residents and families.
