Good Samaritan - Woodland in Brainerd, Minnesota, needs a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and to collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff; Minnesota licensure is required. A full benefits package and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN license active in Minnesota.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
