Job summary

Heritage Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a day shift position. The RN will provide high-quality, resident-centered care, monitor conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and comfort.

The role requires Missouri RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and prior experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings. Full-time schedule, with patient-focused care and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess residents and identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs during shift.
• Document accurately and timely in medical records.
