Job summary

Heritage Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. You will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care and supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with care plans and physician orders.

The role requires Missouri RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification, with experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred. A positive, team-focused environment and night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Perform resident assessments and identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy, and wound care as ordered.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on shift.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly.
• Document accurately and timely patient information.
