Carriage Square Rehab and Healthcare Center in Saint Joseph, Missouri is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for the Day Shift to provide high-quality resident care and support the clinical team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting observations, and collaborating with staff to plan and evaluate care. The role requires a Missouri RN license and strong communication skills; a compassionate, patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri state RN license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• Records on patient charts observations of patient's responses to nursing care rendered.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assumes charge of unit as assigned.
