Qualifikationen

• BLS certification required.
• RN license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license in good standing.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments and documents health status.
• Plans outcomes and documents planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implements and evaluates nursing care; revises care plan based on evaluative data as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participates in process improvement activities to improve clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Maintains responsibility for high reliability, safety, quality, and efficiency in daily duties.
