Job summary

OhioHealth in Augusta, GA area seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7/365 unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the Observation Unit 1.

Minimum qualifications include an active RN license (Ohio or compact), BLS certification, and BSN required after 5 years of employment. Night shift, 36 hours weekly. OhioHealth is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide professional nursing care across the continuum in acute care settings.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient outcomes.
