Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association is required.
• RN license issued by the State of Ohio is required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing nursing care planning for patients across the continuum of care.
• Document planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes with a focus on safety and quality.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans with the health care team.
