Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Trans Mountain Campus in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shifts. You will provide direct clinical patient care, assess, plan, implement and supervise staff on your unit, under the supervision of the CNO to ensure high quality nursing care.

You will coordinate care, administer medications safely, adhere to safety/infection control standards, and participate in emergency response.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure and be eligible to practice in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current license.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care on a per shift basis.
• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate tasks.
• Administer medications safely under hospital policy.
• Respond to emergencies and adhere to infection control standards.
