Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus in El Paso, TX, is seeking a dedicated RN for day shifts in a full-time role. You will provide direct patient care, supervise unit staff, and coordinate care within the nursing process. You are responsible for safe medication administration and adherence to infection control standards.

Current Texas RN license with CPR/BLS certification is required, with ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable. Preferred candidates have acute care experience and a BSN or higher.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Current license to practice nursing; CPR; AHA BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift and unit needs.
• Supervise staff and ensure safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
• Coordinate patient care with the care team and discharge planning.
