Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Trans Mountain Campus in El Paso, TX is seeking an RN to provide direct clinical patient care on day shifts, assess plan and implement care per shift, supervise staff, and support patient safety and quality care. Responsibilities include coordinating care, administering medications, adhering to safety standards, and participating in emergency readiness.

Required: graduate of accredited nursing program; 1 year RN experience for PRN, current license and BLS;

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license/licensure as required by law.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
• BLS (American Heart Association) required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical nursing care to assigned patients.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure safety, quality, and resource management.
• Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policy.
• Respond to emergencies and follow hospital incident command procedures.
