Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor – Day Shift to lead daily poultry production on the floor, ensure targets are met, and uphold safety, quality, and efficiency.

You’ll train and organize teams, monitor equipment and workflow, partner with other departments to improve quality and cost, and respond quickly to operational issues to keep the plant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience leading 20+ employees; poultry/food industry experience a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.

Production Supervisor – Day Shift

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility in Cold Spring, MN. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

What You’ll Need
