Staffmark Group in Rogers, AR is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will supervise manufacturing staff, drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP ERP and strong leadership capabilities.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and may prefer an associate's or bachelor's degree in manufacturing/operations or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and production operations on assigned shift.
• Coach and develop production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Shipping, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to meet production schedules.
• Monitor workflow, balance production lines, and minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
