Job summary

Home Chef in Maryland is seeking a Supervisor to lead a production team during a 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Day Shift, with Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays off. You will drive daily production targets, coach leads and associates, and ensure SOPs and safety standards are consistently met.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and ERP systems.
• Open availability to work weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production plan and staffing across shifts.
• Coach leads and associates; provide feedback and performance reviews.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and food safety standards are followed.
• Maintain inventory tracking and accurate production counts.
• Lead training and handoffs between shifts.
