Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for our window fabrication operations. You will perform mass production of components for final assembly, in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and following work orders and safety guidelines. We offer day-one benefits, a Monday–Friday shift, and a supportive team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Preferably with manufacturing experience and tape measure reading.

Responsibilities

• Train during first shift 6a–6p for up to 6 weeks.
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows.
• May assist in delivering, wrapping, loading, unloading materials.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Follow verbal and written work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
