Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Wednesday, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM with overtime). Responsibilities include fabricating components for final window assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and read tape measures. Benefits include day-one medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, a 401(k), and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials.
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as needed.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules and follow directions.
• Inspect for product defects and read measurements during tasks.
• Operate equipment required to perform the job and carry out duties as assigned.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
