Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate and assemble component parts for windows in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in the United States.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to read simple instructions and work orders. The position offers a 1st and 3rd shift with base pay of $16.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential for the 3rd shift, plus benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows.
• Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Read and carry out simple written instructions.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure and read measurements during interview.
• Operate any equipment needed to perform a job.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
