Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Dallas is seeking Production Associate to support manufacturing operations. You will assemble, fabricate, inspect windows and doors, and operate various tools while maintaining quality standards.

This role requires 12 months in a manufacturing environment, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work up to 12-hour shifts including Saturdays. Benefits start on day one and safety is a priority in our fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfort working in a non-temperature-controlled plant.
• Willingness to work up to 12-hour shifts, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to meet quality standards and specifications.
• Review work orders, prepare materials, and safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment.
• Assemble components including frames, glass units, hardware, seals, and screens.
• Operate production equipment such as saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machinery.
• Inspect finished products and report defects or quality concerns.
• Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packing, and loading.
• Participate in 5S activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
