Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler in the Ann Arbor, MI area. You will execute assembly tasks per work instructions, maintaining precision and quality while leveraging Lean tools to boost efficiency. The role emphasizes safe, clean work habits and meeting production goals.

Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour with Monday–Thursday shifts (6:00am–4:30pm). RealTruck values teamwork and ongoing training to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
