Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler in Owosso, MI to join our manufacturing team on 1st or 2nd shift. You will follow work instructions to assemble products, help meet production goals, and keep a clean, safe work environment.

Lean manufacturing tools will be leveraged to improve efficiency, and you will complete required paperwork and possibly work at different stations as production needs change. This is a temporary position designed for dependable team players.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
