Job summary

RealTruck is hiring a Production Assembler for the Day Shift to support the manufacturing of high-quality truck accessories. You will follow work instructions to assemble products, meet production goals, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. You may lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 4 hours, and use basic hand tools and tape measures. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to assemble products and parts.
• Achieve production goals or deadlines for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential; report to work on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
