Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to assembling components per work instructions, hitting daily production goals, and maintaining a safe, clean work area using Lean tools.

This role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to read measurements and safety rules. Training provided; standard schedule Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:15pm with potential for additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, operating manuals, and procedure documents.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to assemble products or parts.
• Achieve production goals or deadlines for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines (safety shoes, gloves, hearing and eye protection).
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential; report to work on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
