Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality truck accessories. You will execute assembly tasks per work instructions with precision, aiming to meet production goals while maintaining a safe, clean work area and applying Lean manufacturing principles.

The role starts at $17.00 per hour and up, with shifts from Monday to Thursday (6:00am – 4:30pm). RealTruck emphasizes teamwork and respect for diversity, offering training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to assemble products and parts.
• Achieve production goals for designated areas and meet deadlines.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential to perform the role.
