Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to high-quality product manufacture. You will follow work instructions, assemble components, and meet goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a lean manufacturing environment.

The role requires reading and interpreting manuals, basic math, and precise tape measurements, with attention to quality and timely reporting. This is a full-time on-site position with regular shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to assemble products and parts.
• Achieve goals or deadlines for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential; report on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
